Beware of an Indian man with grass cutting machine on a motorcycle. He's been spotted 3 times along Jalan S2 D23, last week on 21 & 23 Apr (day time). Residents reported that he wander around looking at houses suspiciously but go away once he noticed that he's being watch by residents.
Please be alert!
