This really made me worried. Not only the lost of valuable item, but for me the most important is the safety of my family members.
We have been talking about the gated issue more than a year ago. And during the time that we purchased the house, IJM did tell my family and I that our area can be fenced up. I really don't understand why now the proposal was being rejected. Really disappointed.
Based on our area current occupancy rate, I really don't know when only we can fulfill the minimum requirement.
It is normal for human, if you are not in the situation you will forever don't know the pain.
Hi, based on MPS regulations we are required to have 85% consent from TOTAL units in order to fence up. FYI, there are 625 units, 85% = 532units but >90units vacants.
Obviously IJM just want to sell you the house; IJM only donating RM1000 for our fence up project.
If you have chance, talk to some AJK & find out what is the roadblocks. Were you at the recent AGM?
