Residents Meeting 20 Dec 2015

Outcome of today's Resident Meeting:
1. Change of D23 become entrance & exit with access cards per agreed with pihak Surau (see plan)
2. Additional cost to be incurred due to D23 boom gate & also TNB cabling work. No increase of payment for residents.
3. Side road next to house 840, 599 will only be use for Surau function parking with Surau providing 2 RELA person for traffic controls (see plan)
4. Target service starts on 1 Feb 2016. Access cards should be distribute in mid Jan 2016.
5. Payment counter to be open every Sat & Sunday, 10am-12noon & 5-7pm at the guard house for registration form submission , payment receipt, payment.
6. Residents remind your neighbors to make RM400 payment. Please check the list below who has agreed to the project but have yet payment.
