Gated & Guarded Project

We urged all Garden City Homes resident to give FULL support the project and give STRONG mandate to PPGCH committee. You are only required to contribute RM200 for once-off fees for the gated and guarded setup in our area (as normally developer will sell you 3 - 5% premium price or min RM5000 extra of the property that come with gated and guarded feature). If we have >85% residents participated, we can look for lower monthly security fees between RM30 - RM40. Together, we can make thing better!
居民只需要付一次RM２００作为设立主要進出口裝置自动門栏保安系統和离笆。
越多居民参与，整个计划会办的更好。
越多居民参与，每月的保安费將会比较底。

居民協會希望Garden City Homes 的居民会踊跃参与这个计划。

Our neighbor area, Vision Homes who have 500+ residents to support on their gated and guarded project a year ago and they are now moving to Phase 2 to acquire RM60k to upgrade the guardhouse, auto-gate and MPS is considering their request to widen the entrance road upon majority consent.
該區約有700間住家，居民協會在1年多前成立后，獲得500余戶居民加入成為會員。計劃在兩個主要進出口裝置自動門欄保安系統，估計耗資約6萬令吉，包括設置閉路電視、聘請保安員、保安亭、自動門系統等。市議會將會考量把進出口路段改成3車道。
