Poor turn out at AGM 居民协会年度会议出席率低
Less than 80 residents attended the recent AGM held on 8th April. This is very very bad turn out rate. There are more than 400 units occupied houses. AGM conducted in Bahasa, English & Mandarin.
少于80居民参加了最近在4月8日举行的居民协会年度会议。这是非常糟糕的出席率。此花园有超过400个单位是有人住的。居民协会年度会议使用马来语，英语及华语进行的。

April 2012: Security Summary
There were 2 more reported break-ins at end of April 2012.
Jalan D26: One Wira reported stolen, thieve were targeting 2 cars from the same house. Failed to steal Toyota Wish. Owners were at home, it happened ard 630am, 27 April.
Jalan D25: Target was a Honda car but thieves couldn't get the car started. So, they stole the spare tire. Owners were at home, it happened ard 3am, 27 April.
Both cases, criminals knew owners are at home yet, they dare to do it. Both cars parked inside gates. The criminals are getting bolder day by day, coz they know residents are not united in fighting or prevent crime.
