Security Alert: Break-ins / 大白天入贼

Good day fellow residents/ 居民们,

There has been another break in on 30 May 2011. A house along Jalan S2 D21 was broken into during daytime, lost some valuables.

Consent Form Collections 提交同意书 (22 & 29 May)

We managed to collect 56 consent letters/forms from fellow residents at the playground on 22 May from 530-7pm. Committees also managed to answer & clarified some questions from residents.
On 29th May, 20 forms were collected.

Overall we've collected >300 forms


五月22日旁晚从530点到7点,我们收回５６张同意书。委员也回答和澄清了居民问的一些问题。
五月29日旁晚从530点到7点,我们收回20张同意书。
总计,我们收回>300张同意书。

Next date for consent form submission is 29 May (Sunday) 530pm-630pm, same place.
居民们可以在5月29日（星期日）在同一个地方与时间(530pm-630pm)提交同意书。

Gated & Guarded Project

We urged all Garden City Homes resident to give FULL support the project and give STRONG mandate to PPGCH committee. You are only required to contribute RM200 for once-off fees for the gated and guarded setup in our area (as normally developer will sell you 3 - 5% premium price or min RM5000 extra of the property that come with gated and guarded feature). If we have >85% residents participated, we can look for lower monthly security fees between RM30 - RM40. Together, we can make thing better!
居民只需要付一次RM２００作为设立主要進出口裝置自动門栏保安系統和离笆。
越多居民参与，整个计划会办的更好。
越多居民参与，每月的保安费將会比较底。

居民協會希望Garden City Homes 的居民会踊跃参与这个计划。

Our neighbor area, Vision Homes who have 500+ residents to support on their gated and guarded project a year ago and they are now moving to Phase 2 to acquire RM60k to upgrade the guardhouse, auto-gate and MPS is considering their request to widen the entrance road upon majority consent.
該區約有700間住家，居民協會在1年多前成立后，獲得500余戶居民加入成為會員。計劃在兩個主要進出口裝置自動門欄保安系統，估計耗資約6萬令吉，包括設置閉路電視、聘請保安員、保安亭、自動門系統等。市議會將會考量把進出口路段改成3車道。

House alarms become useless when burglar is skillful

Selangor Community Policing (SCP) urges the public to be on the look out for a cat burglar who is believed to have committed six house break-ins lately in Bandar Puteri Puchong.

The male burglar usually breaks into houses from the roof, descending into them via their bathrooms, says SCP founder, Kuan Chee Heng.

“House alarms become useless in this case because he is skillful enough to avoid tripping them,” he adds.

The burglar, according to Kuan, usually acts on his own in the afternoons.
